The Learning Navigator is not loading properly, what do I do?

First, try refreshing the page. If the Learning Navigator still doesn’t load, clear your browser’s cache and then revisit www.gooru.org. You can find instructions on how to clear your cache for Mozilla Firefox here, Google Chrome here, Safari here, and Internet Explorer here.

Still no luck? You may be experiencing issues due to one of these reasons:

  • If you are trying to access the Learning Navigator from within a school, it’s possible that your school’s firewall is blocking our website. Talk to your technology director or someone from your school’s IT department to see if you can get the Navigator unblocked.
  • You may be trying to access the Learning Navigator from an outdated browser. In order to provide you with the best and most secure experience, we only support the most recent browsers. Click here to see which browsers we support.
